    Hello, Little Peanuts! I can say that up here in Idaho it’s FINALLY Spring. GESH! Winter was rough this year. I felt like I was going a little bit stir-crazy here at the end. The Husband is seriously LUCKY that he survived. Towards the end here I started to feel a little bit…………………. The Husband is safe now because I can open the doors, I can open the windows. I can work in the yard. Ahhhhhhhhh SPRING!!If you follow me on Instagram you know that I spread 80 (yes, EIGHTY) bags of mulch in the front of the house. HOLY MOLY People…… my body is 100000% saying YOU ARE NOT 20 anymore. But, it was worth all the Tylenol because the front of the house looks amazing. The deer as they wander through the yard leave me flowers that have bloomed (ya know….by poopin’) So, NEW flowers have been popping up!! So pretty! Even sweet Bear is smiling.  However, spring has brought my ENEMY! The CHIPMUNK! This little guy eats all the bird seed I put out. They try to get in the house. BAD Chip and Dale. BAD!!     Let’s just start this post off with a WHINE. Regulars here at Peanut Butter and Whine know that the pain from my neck to my hands is just getting worse day by day. It’s hard to do things that I really love, like knit, paint, design mugs, crafting and so on. I can only use my hands for minutes at a time before the white-hot stingers hit and I have to stop. (Yes, whine, whine, whine!) that little paragraph required 2 rests. Things I’ve Tried AND Continue To USE I’ve also mentioned the things that I have tried. Starting with carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Which by the way only angered the nerves and made everything SO VERY MUCH WORSE! Ummm who wants to bet with me that I didn’t actually HAVE carpal tunnel?!? Yes, I’m still fighting with my insurance company over a steroid epidural shot in my neck. So, while I wait for that! (You can insert some colorful language here. I did!) I have tried different things. The TENS machine does offer some relief. Supplements such as turmeric, turmeric with ginger, plain ginger, heat, ice, Aleve, Advil, Tylenol (look at me name-dropping all over the place!)…
