Everyone has experience sleep deprivation at some point in their lives. You might have felt the effects of not getting enough sleep, whether due to a late-night work shift or a restless baby. But do you know just how much of an impact sleep deprivation can have on your life? 35% of Americans don’t get enough sleep, leading to mental and physical health problems. Lack of sleep can cause anxiety and depression, impair cognitive function, weaken the immune system, and increase the risk of obesity and chronic illnesses.
