AT Surgical Mid Calf Compression Sleeve or OUCH my ankle! Review
For those of you who aren’t regular Nuts (followers), I watch my Granddaughter Alice during the week. Alice is almost two.
NaNa is running after Alice daily!! As a result, my ankles could use a little more support! Â Alice is 32.5 pounds!!
That’s a lot of weightlifting. You can imagine how excited I was to be allowed to review 38 – AT Surgical Athletic Mid Calf Ankle Compression Sleeve from AT Surgical.
First, let me tell you what a compression sleeve does. Compression Sleeves lessen muscle fatigue and increases circulation.
You can wear it all day, or just during sports activities. These would be fantastic when you travel! Â Comfortable soothing compression directly aids better blood circulation and therefore the amount of oxygen that can travel to your muscles while you work out.Â
The mid-calf compression sleeve looks like a toeless sock. The sleeve is a seamless design that maximizes comfort and removes pressure points on the heel and back of the ankle.
The Compression Sleeve is made of soft elastic nylon/spandex material that provides support and relief from the arch of the foot to the leg. 20-30 mmHg compression strength.
My thoughts. I LOVE the way the Compression Sleeve hugs my ankle and foot. It’s a firm hug. It’s not so tight that my toes are turning purple. It’s comfortable. I can wear it all day long. I do wear it all day long.
The firm, contour hugging tension makes me certain that I need a pair. The 38 – AT Surgical Athletic Mid Calf Ankle Compression Sleeve from AT Surgical comes one sleeve per box.  My ankle feels so great I truly need a second one. (My left ankle is very jealous)
To care for the sleeve, wash with mild soap, rinse several times in clear water. Roll in a towel to absorb the moisture and dry flat. I make sure and clean mine every evening so I have it ready to wear the next day. The sleeve has not lost it’s support or compression strength even after a weeks worth of washings.
The Mid Calf Compression Sleeve runs $11.70 each.
I’m giving the Mid Calf Ankle Compression Sleeve 2 big toes UP!!
Disclosure I received complimentary products for the purpose of my review through Pollen-8. No other compensation was provided. The opinions are mine and 100% honest. I have not been influenced in any way.

Maybe this is what I need for the superior swelling in my left ankle since I sprained my left knee. I don’t think I’m getting enough circulation down there now.

I have had some issues lately with my lower legs swelling and I remember my mother in law used to wear hose made like these for hers. Guess I need to check into it.

Wow! You scared me at first, I was thinking you had to have some surgery and wear those socks. Glad no surgery but sorry about the ankles. I know they really helped my dad with circulation and swelling.

Wonder what the cost of those are? I sometimes have to wear compression knee highs to help with low blood pressure and they run about $40 each! Best of luck with the ankle!
