My Summer Vacation
Just writing “My Summer Vacation” made me want to add by Connie Sue. LOL I felt like a second grader again. Well, not in my body but in my head. My Summer Vacation: Things that I have learned during this trip to San Diego, Carlsbad, and Murrieta, California, visiting my kids. Number One: Driving I do not like traffic. To this, I must add EVERY aggressive driver fiber in my body kicked RIGHT BACK IN! I really had thought that being in the laid-back Sandpoint, Idaho, for the last 8 years had fixed that. It did not. Number TWO: I HATE Traffic, BUT NO Traffic Scares Me I hate traffic BUT when it’s a freeway with ZIP ZERO NADDA cars on it, on a Thursday at 3 pm I GET SCARED!! Never did find out what was happening. My Friend Heather!
Where my readers at?? Or my book listeners!? I’m a listener. I like the multi-tasking aspect of hearing a book and crafting. (YES, that dang MOOSE is still missing an antler. Maybe today!?) The public library is an AWESOME source of both written books and listenin’ books. AUDIOBOOKS!! Dang, that word just wouldn’t click in my head. I imagine it did for you right away though right?? Audiobooks are my favorite. My favorite series is the Eve Dallas, In Death, series. I LOVE this series of books. J.D.Robb (aka Nora Roberts!) Go in order. The characters are so fascinating. Listening is AN AWESOME experience. The audiobooks are narrated by: Susan Ericksen. She is amazing. The accents, the different characters come to life. I LOVE this SERIES!!! J.D. This book has every thing you want to know about Leroy Robert Ripley! From childhood and all through his life. Seriously very interesting man.
