I’ve mentioned before that I have some MEGA pain in my hands, elbows, neck and back. We are talking sharp, stabbing, burning pain. Somedays it’s all I have in me to get out of bed. I know I’m not alone. I know a lot of Peanuts have the same aches and pains. Some of you have way, way worse than I do. I’m telling you this aging thing is NOT for sissies!
What I’ve Tried
I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow the 22nd HOPEFULLY I can get some answers! Of course, Idaho being IDAHO we are in the middle of a snow squall. So, MAYBE I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow.
I’ve tried so many things. From Turmeric with ginger supplements, glucosamine, Osteo BiFlex, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, Omega 3’s, Aleve, Advil, Tylenol, heat, and ice. Stretching, I even bought myself the Teeter (you know that inverter contraption that stretches you? While you are upside down?) it’s awesome. But it doesn’t help with this pain. I’ve tried all the different pop-ups that I find on Instagram. The Mushroom gummies…… all of it. (CAN we just say I am THE QUEEN of impulse buying!!)
AND THEN
HOWEVER!!!!! I saw these GEM vitamins. I thought okay, I’ll bite. (HAAAA I made a FUNNY!!!)
GEMS taste GREAT. While my pain is still a constant 8 I can absolutely, positively say these have helped me notch it down from a 10. SO MUCH so I applied to be an ambassador. I know what you are talking about. I have arthritis in both wrist, knee, shoulder. And I get cortizone shots ever 3 months. And right now I am counting the days till my apointment. Its a bitch getting old with all our aches and pains.

I know your pain, lol. Yep, I would absolutely bite, too. Some days I feel so brain fogged just from being fed up and wore out and dealing with a pain somewhere.
