You’re probably thinking what exactly are Yoga Massage Balls?  Only the greatest self massage tool ever!!  I’ve tried using other balls for massage help, but they seem to immediately collapse. They are pliable too.  Learning to use the Mandala balls takes no time at all. They are truly so very easy to use!! Lay on them, roll your feet on them.  Just use pressure if you are rolling them anywhere you can’t lay on.

My two favorite ways to use these massage tools is first, rolling them under my feet. I TRULY LOVE a foot massage. What I love the most about the Mandala massage balls is I DECIDE the pressure!! I truly think I could use these for hours!! Heavenly!!

Next favorite way is laying on my back with these massage balls at the base of my spine. WOW!!!  I play with 40 pound Alice during the day, there is wrestling, hugging, ‘carry me NaNa’ moments. My back is always achy and sore. These wonderful little gems release the pressure and make my back feel so GOOD!!

Alice is a wonderful little masseuse!  She rolls these Mandala Balls on my back, neck and shoulders too. Alice puts the balls on my back, then she lays on the balls, ON THE NaNa!! She’s having fun, NaNa’s getting a massage.  It’s all gooood!!  


I’ve found the Mandala Massage Balls are fantastic for getting rid of muscle knots and tension just using my own body weight. Simply place the balls in tight areas and let gravity take over!!

    I’d love to try these on my feet. I have a foot roller thing that I never remember to take out and use. My lower back would benefit from it too.

    I LOVE a foot massage too! In fact, when hubby asks me what I might want for Mother’s Day, birthdays, etc., I always answer, “A Foot Massage!!” These yoga balls seem like a good alternative when I can’t get a foot massage from him.
