Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants! Giveaway!!

Enjoy a BIG adventure this spring with the TINIEST of creatures in Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants!

An epic Adventure at ground level!

Oh my gosh, what a cute little movie! This is a family movie from beginning to end.

Good things come in small packages! That’s certainly the case with the adorable, animated feature Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants. These endearing insects was released in theaters, On Demand, and on DVD May 26, 2015 from kaboom! Entertainment.

We even put up the tent in the livingroom so we could experience the movie the ‘right way’ according to Emma.  (I do not recommend getting in a tent with 2 kids, 1 big dog and The NaNa on a hot afternoon. It’s NOT the ‘right way’ to watch a movie no matter WHAT that sweet little face says!!

After a couple leaves their picnic in a hurry, a gang of hungry ants moves in to steal what could be their most coveted treasure: a tin box filled with sugar cubes.  But before they can get away with the loot, a newly born ladybug strays from its own family and gets trapped inside the box!  The ladybug is soon spirited away by the ants as they try to transport their prize across the woods toward their colony. Together, the insects embark on an epic journey to protect their sugar.

IMG_0702I’ve watched this movie several times now and I’ve enjoyed it each time. Follow a little lost ladybug as she finds herself thrown between 2 feuding colonies of ants.

Get this…… I think my favorite character after the ladybug is the spider?! WHAT?! Yup, a spider!

At one point 4-year-old Alice turned to me and said “NaNa they have good team work huh?”  SOLD!! If a FOUR YEAR OLD can pick up on that then this movie gets thumbs up all the way around!!

This is really a super cute movie, done at ground level and with no dialogue! The little bugs communicate with bug voices of buzzing, toot and well, bug noises and sound effects.  So very creative! So wonderful to watch.

The movie is bright and colorful and you’ll find yourself cheering for the little ants and the very brave ladybug.
