P.F. Chang’s has to be one of my favorite places to go for unique and delicious Asian and American foods. From the second you see the regal horse statues at the front door, you know this is going to be a special treat. The décor is as unique and as wonderful as the menu itself.

I’m so excited about P.F Changs new Goodness of Fall Seasonal Menu!! Doesn’t this make your mouth water?  photo 2607cca7-0869-42df-8272-77eba6ca3894_zps2cd6f9f6.jpg

I decided to try my hand at a fall inspired dinner, ya know, in the spirit P.F. Chang’s Fall Seasonal Menu.  Here is what I came up with (I don’t mind sayin’ this was mighty tasty!!) This is my version of Flank Steak Wrap.

Flank Steak Wrap.

1/2 pound thinly sliced Flank Steak.
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 green apple.  1/2 chopped for the marinade. 1/2 cut into thin slices set aside
1/2 cup Chinese Broccoli 1/4 cup chopped for the marinade 1/4 set aside.
4 or 5 Asian Mushrooms

Mix together the marinade, pour over the flank steak and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Lay the flank steak out and add sliced apple, broccoli, mushrooms and the remaining marinade. Gently roll the flank steak. Hold with toothpick. Seer each side. Add more broccoli at the last few minutes to bring out the bright green color.

Serve with Asian Salad.  DELICIOUS!!  The remaining Flank Steak I put over the remaining salad for the next afternoon.  It was even better!! I’m feeling inspired!! What about you? Will you enter P.F. Changs Goodness of Fall contest??
