First! It’s very important to watch the video to learn to use your PMD.
The PMD is extremely easy to use. Start off with a white training disk until you get the hang of using your PMD. I found the white training disk very helpful! I learned to hold the PMD to get the best suction and I learned how to hold my skin so the PMD could glide over my skin. Making sure your skin is dry is really important too! You get the best suction and gliding with dry skin!!
When you are done using the white disk you will move up in disk strengths. Blue Disc for sensitive skin, Green Disc is medium strength and the Red Disc is maximum strength. (Replacement disks are very reasonably priced)
Microdermabrasion provides several important benefits for the skin. The treatment smoothes away dull and rough skin texture, and it softens fine lines, wrinkles, burn scars, and acne scars. The treatment also improves the skin’s tone by fading uneven pigmentation, sun damage, age spots, and skin blemishes.
In addition, microdermabrasion, which combines the power of a vacuum suction with exfoliation, reduces the formation of acne. The vacuum achieves this by clearing out clogged pores and releasing trapped dirt and oil. This leaves skin more clear, vibrant, and beautiful.
The benefits of microdermabrasion cause skin to become rejuvenated, while promoting new collagen growth and cell renewal. Also, since the dead skin cells on the Stratum Corneum act as a barrier for the skin, once they are removed through microdermabrasion, skin care products will be more fully absorbed into the skin, maximizing their effectiveness. All these microdermabrasion benefits combine to uncover youthful and radiant skin.
I’ve been using my PMD for the last 3 weeks. I’ve already noticed an amazing transformation! All of my facial products are working like they use to, because they are actually being absorbed into my skin again. My skin is soft! My pores almost disappear!! I noticed fine lines and my more prominent lines are softer and in some cases GONE!!
My age spots are diminishing I’m positive with more continued use they will be a thing of the past!!
I had such great intentions for before and after pictures but my before picture is fuzzy and blue? Ya you read that right… I was BLUE!! So that was a bust. But trust me I’m so impressed with my results that PMD is a permanent part of my beauty routine!
