Reflexion Online Yoga Membership Review

Y’all know how much I love my yoga practice. It’s truly the only exercise that I enjoy! Yoga gives me that HIGH no other exercise ever has or will! I’ve found the BEST SITE for online classes!! I can work out on MY SCHEDULE!! I can work out with the instructor of my choice! The body focus of my choice and even the length of my work out!  Reflexion Yoga is perfect for me.
I’m so thrilled with Reflexion Yoga!! Yoga classes on my iPad or laptop that I can do anywhere!! When I travel, or in my own living room. Two in the morning? No problem. Reflexion Yoga is Yoga on my time.

Reflexion Yoga has a vast array of classes! I love the way the site is arranged. I can search for the class that I want and the length of the class I want. I can search for a beginner class or intermediate class. I can sort by instructor or even body zone. I can sort by class length. If I need a little afternoon boost, I can sneak in a quick class when Alice is down for her nap, I don’t have to go anywhere.

From the first class I took “The Morning Quickie with Lindsay”, I was hooked. I felt like I was in the room with Lindsay. Each of the instructors are like that, they are easy to listen to. Extremely knowledgeable and PERSONABLE!!

Online yoga has to be the simplest option for getting into and staying fit. I don’t need a gym membership! I am not rushing around town to get to classes that someone else scheduled. I’m comfortable in my OWN living room.

Reflexion Yoga offers everything for beginning yogi’s to intermediate yogi’s! Need a refresher on a pose? Reflexion Yoga has it.  The instructors are excellent at giving instruction and direction.

You’ll find everything you need from yoga workouts, poses, postures, yoga exercises, yoga for weight loss, power yoga, and Vinyasa yoga. Classes for athletes and even yoga for back pain! Seriously, a one-stop site. I LOVE having my very own personal Yoga Studio!!

Two Sun Salutations up! Way, WAY UP for Reflexion Yoga!!  You’ll love this site if you do yoga every day or if you are a beginner or nervous to try yoga at the gym. HONEST!!

GIVEAWAY! One very lucky Peanut Butter and Whine follower will win a One-Year Pass to Reflexion Yoga!  Good LUCK!!

Refreshing My Old Blog Posts: The Good, The Bad, and The 404s

Updating an old blog post is a lot like an archaeological dig. You expect a quick “dusting” and end up unearthing a series of questionable life choices from 2014.

I recently opened a “quick update” only to find:

  • Missing Images: Key tutorial steps now require “imagination.”
  • Dead Links: Half my brand partners have rebranded as “AI Crypto Collectives.”
  • Antique Fonts: Styles that haven’t been cool since the dial-up era.

Why I’m Optimizing This Blog

It’s not glamorous, but fixing broken links and whispering “Pick me!” to Google makes the site faster and easier for you to find. I’m not spiraling; I’m just cleaning up the blog ghosts.

While You’re Here…

  • Win Big: Check out the sidebar for my current giveaway (it’s actually alive!).
  • Earn Cash: Rakuten still pays you to shop. Why wouldn’t you?
