Unfortunately, another business that is gone.  My husband and I have recently discovered the addicting game of Pickleball I’m not even certain it’s a sport but it’s fun and it’ll get your blood pumping. Exactly what is Pickleball?? The Basics It’s a super fun sport combining tennis, badminton and ping-pong all in one fun game.  This game can be played inside or outdoors. I’m all for outdoors personally. When playing outside it’s a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.  The game uses plastic balls with holes.  The game can be played as doubles or singles. This is a game that works for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.  Set the net to a height of 36 inches at the sidelines and 34 inches in the middle. The court is striped similar to a tennis court with right and left service courts and a 7-foot non-volley zone in front of the net (referred to as the “kitchen”).
