Indian Bijou came through with flying colors! This 16″ by 16″ handcrafted pillow cover was made in India. The detailing of this pillow cover reminds me of quilts that my Grandmother had. The colors and the detailing are beautiful. This beautiful handcrafted cushion will lend a warm, funky look to your home. The motif is inspired by the classical Madhubani style of painting and is handmade by women artisans.  The front of the pillow cover is made by combining several different types of material, in different thickness and styles all sewn together.  Each piece of material stands out with several shades of colors.  From bright reds to deep reds, light lime green to deep hunter green, peach, orange and tan mixed with even more deeper shades like turquoise and browns.  The colors blend so beautifully.  This pillow is the perfect color and size for our brown leather sofa.
