What is Haelan 951?

Let’s just start this post off with a WHINE. Regulars here at Peanut Butter and Whine know that the pain from my neck to my hands is just getting worse day by day. It’s hard to do things that I really love, like knit, paint, design mugs, crafting and so on. I can only use my hands for minutes at a time before the white-hot stingers hit and I have to stop. (Yes, whine, whine, whine!) that little paragraph required 2 rests.

The TENS machine does offer some relief. Supplements such as turmeric, turmeric with ginger, plain ginger, heat, ice, Aleve, Advil, Tylenol (look at me name-dropping all over the place!) Glucosamine, Osteo Bi-Flex, fish oil, omega 3, Chondroitin, vitamins, no breads, no starches, no alcohol. I bought the Inverter Machine (hanging upside down for 5 minutes a day doesn’t help).

To start: I have to agree with everyone else. HOLY MOLY BATMAN does this stuff taste bad. Yes, I was forewarned. But, in my head I thought really HOW bad can it be??

THIS BAD!  Do I care? NO, I do not. When you find something that works it doesn’t matter how bad something tastes.

I take the Biohackers Dose recommendation of a 1-ounce dose every morning. This is typically taken for the enhancement of deep cellular recovery.

I have to add that Haelan has a Sweet Mint Flavoring powder that you can add to the Haelan 951. Personally, I just do the shot and then follow it with a glass of water. Quick, fast, easy.

The first day, after taking the FIRST dose my elbows did not have the sharp electrical zaps of pain in them. I could keep my elbows bent to type and didn’t have to stop and massage them. Okay, wait a MINUTE! First dose? This has to be all in my head. Nothing works that fast. I’ve tried everything. That’s just silly. Right??

Day two, second dose. Still tastes soooooo )@($& (bad!) BUT! my elbows pain level is noticeably lower. Hands still give me pain and so does my neck. But, I am having less electrical zaps in my hands and elbows.

Day ten and my tenth dose. My pain level is noticeably lower. This IS NOT all in my head or wishful thinking. THIS is noticeable relief.

I am anxious to see how I feel after my second bottle is finished.

Well, we already know I’m not a fan of the taste. HOWEVER, benefits far outweigh the bad taste. I have not had any stomach issues. I have not had any bad reactions. I am thrilled to be in less pain.
