Yosemite Souvenir GIVEAWAY Day 3!!

Are you tired of this reminder yet?? If you are new ……. WELCOME…….  let me recap………….  : ) The first of May came around and while I was excited about my upcoming camping trip to Yosemite, I was stressed about my blog. I started wracking my brain on how to keep y’all coming here everyday without me constantly reminding you!  Here is what I came up with……….. Yosemite2

Now, it’s not a big giveaway, BUT, everyday while I am camping a new giveaway will start.  These are short giveaways with only 4 entries each.

The prize is a souvenir from Yosemite. Each prize will be under $10.00. Maybe a magnet, key ring or ????  Each one will be different and from Yosemite National Park.

Good Luck!!  And truly, THANK YOU for visiting!!

If you collect souvenir pennies, spoons, patches, pencils or magnets be sure to let me know and I’ll be sure to send you that item if you win.

Thank you again!!  Now, you go enter……… and we are all going to pretend that I’m not going INSANE being unplugged for a week.  A WEEK!!! In Internet days this is like MONTHS!!!

Okay, on to the giveaway!

Refreshing My Old Blog Posts: The Good, The Bad, and The 404s

Updating an old blog post is a lot like an archaeological dig. You expect a quick “dusting” and end up unearthing a series of questionable life choices from 2014. I recently opened a “quick update” only to find:
  • Missing Images: Key tutorial steps now require “imagination.”
  • Dead Links: Half my brand partners have rebranded as “AI Crypto Collectives.”
  • Antique Fonts: Styles that haven’t been cool since the dial-up era.

Why I’m Optimizing This Blog

It’s not glamorous, but fixing broken links and whispering “Pick me!” to Google makes the site faster and easier for you to find. I’m not spiraling; I’m just cleaning up the blog ghosts.

While You’re Here…

  • Win Big: Check out the sidebar for my current giveaway (it’s actually alive!).
  • Earn Cash: Rakuten still pays you to shop. Why wouldn’t you?

I moved to St Augustine FL 2 years ago. I chose to move here from Texas where I was born and raised and lived for 52 years. I LOVE St Augustine, it is the most beautiful, wonderful, magical place. I hope to live here for the rest of my life.

If money were no object I would live in a large cabin somewhere on the ozarks. I spent several summers of my childhood there and it’s as beautiful as I’ve seen anywhere in this country!
