Blog Dare: A few ways I can help someone else this year.
A few ways I can help someone else this year……………. This one is easy!! I can leave more comments on the blogs that I enjoy reading. There are so many blogs I check daily, but I forget or get lazy and don’t leave comments. I need to do that. (HEY!! Is it too late to make that a New Year resolution??) I need to be sure I’m stumbling, tweeting and google+ing. What about you? What can you do to help someone else this year? Updating My SEO Because Even the Internet Needs a Good Declutter If you’ve been poking around peanutbutterandwhine.com lately and thought, “Huh, something feels different,” congratulations. Your instincts are sharp and possibly paranormal. I’m deep in the process of updating my SEO. Not the glamorous kind of update where confetti falls and Google personally thanks me, but the gritty, behind-the-scenes kind where old posts get dusted off, links get refreshed, and keywords are gently coaxed into behaving better. Think less makeover montage, more haunted house cleanup. While revisiting early posts, I discovered something unsettling. Many of the original photos and videos have completely vanished. Not broken links. Not corrupted files. Gone. Poof. Into the digital ether. This…
Everest Nutrition Krill Oil review and GIVEAWAY!!!!
Before I did this review, I hardly knew anything about Everest Nutrition Krill Oil. I knew it had Omega3 in it. I knew Omega3 is important to my health and my doctor said I need more of it. So when I was offered the opportunity to review it, I jumped on the chance. Since I really didn’t know what other benefits there were to Krill Oil I decided to approach this review a little differently. I decided not to visit the website first. I wanted to see what benefits (if any) I noticed without putting any idea’s in my head. (I thought that was brilliant on my part!)I started taking 2 Krill Oil capsules every morning. First week ……. ahhhhh I didn’t feel any differently. My regular readers know that I’m always exhausted. I would nap every single day if I could. I would sleep in everyday if I could. You know if you are always tired you don’t feel like doing anything! And week one nuttin’ changed on that front. Alice takes a nap… Nonnie takes a nap!! Then around day 8 I noticed I didn’t need a nap. I felt really good. I had more energy to play with Alice. I had…

Airsoft Vests
I’ve been shopping for a vest to carry my camera filters and extra lenses while I am out taking pictures. I started searching for a cheap airsoft vest. I found this great site! Become WOW! This site has 465 entries just for the vests!! I found one that I really like okay… so I found a few that I love. The first one I already X’ed off the list. I figure while S.W.A.T on the back is funny…. but probably not the best pick for hiking. If you are a paintball enthusiast this is the place to go!! There are tons of paintball vests. There are vests for hunters, law enforcement vests and tactical vests. There are vests with more pockets than I have STUFF!! I’m opting for the vest over a bag or backpack just to be a ble to distribute the weight of all my equipment. I think this black one is what I’m leaning toward… unless of course that S.W.A.T one makes it back on the list.
