Eating Healthy!!
I love summertime! there isn’t anything I don’t LOVE about SUMMER!!! (granted I’m not in the middle of the huge heatwave that the central US is having… so… that makes a difference!) I love going to the beach (an awesome perk for living in Southern California!), eating dinner outside on the patio, BBQ’ing, and fresh fruits and vegetables! I just LOVE SUMMER!! Another perk…. summer for me and my family is also about eating healthy!! Which means Saturday mornings at “The Farmers Market” here in Vista, CA there are tons of vendors with locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables. YUM!! There is something about eating healthy that makes me want to exercise too. Although, truthfully I prefer exercising with the Grandkid!! She calls it PLAY time!! Like shadow tag. (you have to tag the shadow not the person. NaNa usually wins… I have a longer shadow!! HA!!) It’s so easy to get kids outside……… show Eli a football and he’ll beat you out the door!!! Pool time, well, seriously who isn’t up for that?!! Bubbles!! Bubbles are fun no matter what age you are!! There’s also horseback riding. Or just going for a walk!! My Grandbaby eats healthy all the time.…

Today’s review is just FUN!! Last month we had a family BBQ, cousin Jamie had purple hair, cousin Jenniah had pink hair. Emma was so in LOVE!! She loves Pink! I took chalk and gave her some pink streaks but it wasn’t the same. She wanted PINK hair!! Emma is 3. Mom and Dad said NO! So, when I was offered Kisspat clip-in feather hair extensions, I jumped at the chance. I was giving Emma PINK hair!! Having never done hair extensions before I was disappointed that there were no instructions included in the package. But, a quick search of the internet and I found a YouTube videos that showed me exactly how to install the hair pieces. The package included 4 neon hair colors, rings to attach to the hair and the threading tool. (If you’ve ever made a hook rug … it’s that same tool only TINY!!)
