Key Lime Pie!! Review! & Give AWAY!!!
YYYYYUUUMMMMMMMM!!!!!! Hello, Key Lime Cheesecake Bars!! First, y’all know I am a sucker for packaging! What can I say……I’m a package junkie. The Key Lime box is adorable!! Pull on the green leaf and brown stem (just like a lime! sooo cute!) the box opens. It’s so unique!! Okay, I know, I know, get to the good stuff….. first, all you need is cream cheese, water, and butter. Part of the directions said line the bottom of the pan with plastic wrap so when the Key Lime Bars are done, you pull out the whole thing….. then your not leaving anything in the pan and when you cut the bars they look so much nicer!! Okay… why didn’t I think of that before?!!?BONUS!! I didn’t have to wash the pan! Inside the box is the Chocolate cookie crust which you just add melted butter, press evenly and firmly in the bottom of pan. Add hot water, cream cheese and the mix into the mixer. 4 minutes later pour over the chocolate cookie crust. Refrigerate for an hour. Doesn’t that look SO GOOD?!?! It really was delicious!! Just enough sweet. Just enough tart. It was a huge hit…. so much so…

I am so excited to bring a series of reviews from Easy Photo Class!! You know how much I love my camera! But, really I have no idea what my camera is capable of!! My Monster Burrufu Book Review
Today’s review is about “My Monster Burrufu” is a sweet story about friendships. ‘My Monster Burrufu’ is a story of fear overcome, a curse, and a most unusual monster who learns from a little girl how to trust his heart. Seven-year-old Olivia moves into a new house. A new house with a cookie-eating monster! (Did you know a monster in the house is good luck? Yup yup!! Olivia’s Dad says so!) This is a cute little story written by Alberto Corral with adorable illustrations by Alessandra Sorrentino. The story is a great imagination-building story while helping to build important values. My Monster Burrufu is a book full of adventures and lifelong friendship. Olivia’s friendship with the grumpy, “been alone too long”, Burrufu is a heartwarming story. This would make a great summer reading book for kids of all ages. This would be an awesome book for your child that is just learning to read.
