Yosemite in a Mazda5!!!
I am headed to Yosemite for a week long camping trip!! I’ll be camping with my daughter Selena, her finance Dan, Dan’s mom Lynn and two year old Alice.One wonderful, peaceful, rejuvenating week. Sleeping in a tent, cooking out, hiking, campfires and S’MORES!! All with a 2 year old…. ummmm….yaaaaaa…… pray for us! There are only 3 adults to harness in a 2 year old. Once Upon A Day Kids CD YOU WILL LOVE!!!!!!!!
I have a LOT of kids CD’s. I’m in the car a lot with my Granddaughter Alice during the week. I’ve heard the Elmo CD’s a million times. I’ve got fun CD’s. I’ve got cute CD’s. NOW?? NOW NaNa has a FAVORITE CD!!! Once Upon A Day! From the first 15 seconds of this CD I was IN LOVE!! Growing up I always loved what they use to call bubblegum music. Most of my readers probably don’t remember the Archies and the song Sugar Sugar. But, Grandma’s and NaNa’s out there will. Tandoor Chef’s Samosa!! YUM!!
Today, I am sharing my review of Samosa from Tandoor Chef. Tandoor Chef is authentic recipes of India.I really enjoyed the Samosa!! It’s a crispy pastry with spiced potato, peas. The Samosa have a kick to them that is delicious!! Easy to fix! Defrost in microwave, then bake in the oven until crispy and brown, about 18 minutes. Serve with the mint chutney sauce that comes with the Samosa. The chutney has a real spicy kick to it. The blending of the two is DELICIOUS!! The pastry part is crispy and flaky.
