As soon as Alice saw the package of Boo Boo Monster Bandages she has an ouchie. Ummmm hummmm right!! Show me. Turns out she had four. In a nice neat row even! Course NaNa’s eyes must be bad ’cause I didn’t see ’em. But Alice immediately felt better! I think our funniest Halloween story is from a few years ago when my oldest son Dash dressed up as a jail inmate. It was a homemade costume. White undershirt, orange overshirt and orange pants. We found him ankle cuffs (that he actually walked in) and wrote our area code (707) on his shirt. About half way through trick-or-treating at all of our Old Town shops, he just decided to lay down on the sidewalk and stop participating. Not whining, not complaining, just laying there with a jail uniform on. It doesn’t sound as funny as it was, but it was one of the funniest things in the world. People had to step over him. This year my oldest and middle son are both going as Freddy Fazbear…so maybe we’ll have some new Halloween stories to tell (yikes). Thanks again for the awesome giveaway!

The year we moved to a new house, new neighborhood, I worked out of town. I had to rush home and try to find my daughter a Halloween outfit. We still had everything packed up. I told her to just create something. She wore scarves and skirts and rainbow tights and to this day, she says that was her favorite Halloween.

My story: I had a batman outfit for my son when he was young. It was a bit big on him, but he ended up being Batman for about 5 years for each Halloween. I still laugh about it. But he was happy each year.

A few years ago, we were told to dress up for Halloween for work and I couldnt really afford a costume and couldn’t come up with anything. So, I took a white garbage bag cut a hole out for my arms and neck and wore it to work and when anybody asked what I was, I told them I was White Trash!! Everybody got a kick out of that.
