Acupress Review and GIVEAWAY!!

When I was still working I would go to the acupuncturist. I always felt so good after words! No the needles don’t hurt. (Okay, maybe once in a while the doctor would hit a nerve and there would be a little discomfort. Then there was the time one got left in my hair…. that hurt when I laid on it later. But, all in all I felt good afterwards.

Now that I’m not working I’m looking for that same pain relief with less expense! Acupress is truly fitting that bill!! (AND I don’t have a forgotten needle in my head afterwards!)

So, what is Acupress? Acupress non greasy, cooling liquid that will will press to the corresponding spot found in the handy little Acupress booklet. Using the booklet you’ll easily find the pressure point where to apply Acupress. The bottle reminds me of a bingo dauber. Just press where instructed and you’ll start to feel relief.

Friday was a perfect day to test Acupress! I woke up in the middle of the night with a screaming headache, I took aspirin, went back to bed. Woke up again because the pain just got worse. Not wanting to take more aspirin, I figured this was the perfect time to use Acupress.  WHY DIDN’T I use this in the first place?!?!? Instead of suffering all night long!

I pressed the bottle of Acupress to all of the different headache pressure points. Sinus, neck pain, headache, tension headache, I had no idea what kind of a headache this was, only that I was in pain!!  Within 10 minutes I was pain free! NO headache! No twinge of a headache! Not even a dull roar! Nothing! I felt GREAT!!! (even with as little sleep as I had!)

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Exorcising Some Digital Ghosts)

Updating old blog content is a lot like digital archaeology. You head into the archives expecting to dust off a few old tutorials, and you end up unearthing questionable life choices from seven years ago. Between the aggressively over-filtered photos and advice that has aged like room-temperature milk, the past can be… loud.

But lately, I haven’t just been fighting my own cringey archives. I’ve been dealing with a full-on resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

This digital poltergeist has been causing absolute chaos behind the scenes, and frankly, its taste in content is terrible. If you’ve noticed things looking a little haunted around here, here is the proof:

• The Video & Image Vanishing Act: Our resident ghost has been deleting my best images and helpful video tutorials, leaving behind sad, empty boxes where vibrant content used to live.
• The Link Graveyard: In a truly sinister move, the spirit has been sneakily stripping away my trusted brand partners and replacing them with sketchy “AI Crypto” links. (I love peanut butter, but I am not shilling digital coins, I promise!)
• Font Sabotage: Apparently, this ghost is trapped in 2001 because it keeps reverting my clean, modern text back to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

My 2026 Blog Refresh Plan

I’m giving my archives a much-needed facelift to keep my blog traffic climbing and my readers happy. If you want to boost your own site’s performance, updating old blog content is the ultimate secret weapon.

1. Exorcise the 404s: I’m running a rigorous broken link checker to track down every dead end, missing video, and broken image this ghost left behind.

3. SEO Deep Clean: I’m updating my metadata and ensuring my focus keywords are strategically placed in the headers and introduction for maximum search engine impact.
