AdvoCare Spark for Energy!! Need a sample??!??

My regular readers know that I’ve been doing the AdvoCare 24-day Cleanse. I’m on day number 14. I’m down 9 pounds total now.  I even squeezed my butt into a size 14!! FROM an 18!!!  Pair of JEANS!!! Not the stretchy kind either!! LEVI’s!! HA!!  I should get double YEEE HAAA’s because there was a 4th of July BBQ and 2 birthdays in there!! I know you’ve been hearing me go on and on about the drink Spark. Which is my favorite part of this cleanse? This picture truly says it all!! Mommy Juice!! I am 55.  I watch my two year old Granddaughter Alice every day. Trying to keep up is was getting harder. Now, when I start to lag I have a Spark and we are ready to roll!! Spark doesn’t give you jitters.  Spark doesn’t keep me wide awake at night if I drink it late.  It just gives me that shot of energy I need!!! My wonderful sponsor Charla, is going to give the first 10 people that email her a sample packet of Spark to try for yourself.
Email Charla, but do it quick!  Those 10 packets are gonna race outta there!!

Refreshing My Old Blog Posts: The Good, The Bad, and The 404s

Updating an old blog post is a lot like an archaeological dig. You expect a quick “dusting” and end up unearthing a series of questionable life choices from 2014. I recently opened a “quick update” only to find:
  • Missing Images: Key tutorial steps now require “imagination.”
  • Dead Links: Half my brand partners have rebranded as “AI Crypto Collectives.”
  • Antique Fonts: Styles that haven’t been cool since the dial-up era.

Why I’m Optimizing This Blog

It’s not glamorous, but fixing broken links and whispering “Pick me!” to Google makes the site faster and easier for you to find. I’m not spiraling; I’m just cleaning up the blog ghosts.
