Many people believe the most important meal of their day is breakfast. It gives you fuel to take on the world, helping with concentration, boosting your energy, and providing the nutrients required for health and wellness. However, most days, our breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and a snack that we grab on the way out of the house.

If you have time this weekend, cook a more balanced breakfast or brunch. You can add many different dishes to your menu, including a new spin on classic breakfast meals. From sweet waffles to savory bakes, there are many flavors to explore.
