Chillin’ with Penguin CBD
I think I would like to add a few more complaints to my list of 5 Reasons That Getting Older SUCKS!! This post is all about the body WHINE. And learning to be CHILL like a Penguin ?. My amazing son Zachary and his family were here this week which meant I was busy. Like crazy busy. Which by the time my head hit the pillow at night I ached from hair to toes. YES, I’m saying my hair hurt! Don’t mock me. I truly felt every minute of my 62 years. So, I’m adding to the list. # 6 KNEES Not as in I wish I still had mine, because I do. More like I would love the snap, pop, crackle noise to go away. I would also love to get up off the ground without making that old person noise that I mocked my Grandma for. (soooooooo sorry G’ma. SOOOO very SORRY!! Karma…. bit me in the a@@ again!) Seems like I am not alone on that complaint because it was the number one comment complaint from the little Peanuts on the original post. I’ve tried menthol rubs where again… mocking…. G’ma. SO sorry! They don’t help. Enough…

Heading For The Wild? The Ultimate Wilderness Checklist To Follow!
Food and drinks The first thing you will need is food and drinks. If it’s only a day trip, some pre-packaged snacks would be good enough. Pack lightweight and healthy stuff such as protein bars and trail mix. A few water bottles would be enough to get you through the day. Still, have some extras in case you need to stay overnight. For camping trips that last longer, you will need a small portable kitchen with a camping stove, utensils, cookware, and enough food and water to last. First-aid kit The next essential on your wilderness checklist is a proper first-aid kit, which is something you must absolutely take along. Stock up the basics such as bandages, ointments, bug spray, sanitizers and medications for general issues like fever, diarrhea, and pain. Don’t forget your regular prescription medicines as well. Carrying sunscreen is a good idea because it keeps your skin safe outdoors. Tactical gear When you are out in the wilderness, there are always safety risks. You cannot trust wild animals while stray bullets can also cause shooting accidents. Packing up tactical gear is a good idea, whether you plan to hunt or just have good times with your gang.…

Summer is upon us, but this is one like no other in anyone’s memory. That’s because Covid-19 is here. While the pandemic is still going strong in many parts of the country, some families face boredom and a desire to go on vacation. It’s hard to find a middle ground between safety and kid-friendly activities. It’s challenging to explain to your children why they might not be able to go back to school in a couple of months, or why you guys can’t visit grandma across the country. It’s true that open theme parks are out there, though, and many people still plan on going, pandemic, or no pandemic. If you plan on following their lead, you should take some safety precautions. Here are five to keep in mind. Drive Rather than Fly You don’t ever want a summer vacation accident, and you’ll want to take any precautions to avoid sickness or injury for yourself or your loved ones. That means you should drive to the amusement park rather than fly. Flying right now is dangerous because: You and your family are in an enclosed airplane with recirculating air It’s challenging to leave your masks on for an entire multiple-hour flight You…
