    I was having a word with one of my old friends yesterday who said she’s on a mission to finally lose weight (who isn’t, right?!)… hello aren’t we all making these excuses? Yes, we are in the midst of an obesity problem… yet, there’s simply no seriousness about it. That’s why I decided to write about it!   • California King Salmon!! Review and Recipe!!

    I made the BEST California King Salmon tonight!!!!!!!  Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!  Juice & Zest from 1 lemon2Tablespoons soy sauce2Tablespoons honey2teaspoons Magic Salmon Seasoning2Tablespoons olive oil. Mix all ingredients together pour over 2 pounds of salmon. Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Then, under the broiler for an additional 10 minutes.   Not only does it taste fantastic!  It was so easy to make!!  The salmon was moist and flaky. YUMMMMM!!   Seriously?  Doesn’t that look so good???   Did you know that California Wild-Caught King Salmon is high in Omega 3-Fatty acids.  (several major health factors for Omega 3’s include regulate metabolism, aids your body producing leptin, which regulates metabolism, aids in preventing cancer cell growth, and helps keep your arteries from thickening) Low in Trans-Fats which has attributes to improve good cholesterol which is key to good heart health!
