Eklund Essential Omega – Norwegian Fish Oil

I’m a total fish oil girl. You should be too because there are so many benefits to taking it!  Did you know that fish oils are said to help people with multiple sclerosis. It’s said to help with ADHD for kids, helping adults with improving memory.  Protection from Alzheimer’s disease, a study published in Neurology in 2007 reported that a diet in fish, omega-3 oils, fruit and veggies reduces dementia and Alzheimer’s risk.

Fish oil also protects your eyes from vision loss. Then of course is the shiny hair and smoother skin!!

I started taking Eklund Essential Omega – Norwegian Fish Oil almost a month ago. First I have to say this is an AWESOME supplement because there is NO, I mean NO fishy burps!!

These are smaller than average size fish oil capsules and yet have 800 mg of Omega 3s, which is more than the other supplement I was taking.

Eklund produces a pharmaceutical grade purified Norwegian fish oil, made from anchovies, sardines and mackerel, gives you 1370 mg of fish oil concentrate, and 800 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids.  These 15 calorie, soft gel capsules are easy-to-swallow.

I feel like the no fishy burps needs another shout out, I’ve taken fish oil for a lot of years and Eklund brand of fish oil has no fishiness at all. Not even hours later! From the superior product to the natural lemon/lime flavor and rosemary extract there isn’t any fishy aftertaste hours later.

Eklund Laboratories was founded with one mission: to improve your quality of life by producing superior nutritional supplements. We are committed to bringing you the latest advancements in nutritional science, and believe that good health has the potential to change lives and the world at large.

Thank you once again Connie! I take fish oil supplements but HATE fish so these sound ideal for me. That fishy burp is awful, makes me smell like the Tommy Cat after a feed!

I have to admit the no burps would be a good thing. I tried fish oil before & stopped because of that & the aftertaste, lol. I’ll look for this kind.

This is one I’d like to try – the fishy burps have made me not want to take fish oil, knowing these don’t do that, it is great!
