Golden Records Holiday!! Music Review

If you are a regular follower, then y’all know I love ,LOVE, love, Golden Records!!  I had all the little golden records growing up.  I had the little record player that I adored!!  I wore those records OUT!!  I am beyond thrilled that I get to share those same records with my Grandchildren!!

Back in September, I wrote my first review for Golden Records the Celebrity Series with awesome performers like Ed Asner, Susan Sarandon, Alica Silverstone, and more.  Then in October, I was jumping up and down excited I was able to review the Golden Records Spooky Halloween CD. Now I’m just giddy to share my review of A Very Merry Golden Records Christmas.

Oh my goodness I’m in love!!  First of course it’s Golden Records which means I don’t have to worry about any of the songs or stories my Grandkid’s are enjoying.

The songs are fun!! Cheerful!!  You will find yourself and your kids singing along.  This is the PERFECT CD to play while you decorate the tree.  It’s a CD you won’t get tired of in the car!  I’m sitting in a room full of people while I’m listening to this CD again and writing my review and I can hardly sit still I want to sway and do a little dance!!  I LOVE this CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busy Phillips is amazing reading “Frosty the Snowmen” I swear you can picture the entire story in your head.  She’s amazing!!

Ed Asner reads “Twas the Night Before Christmas” THE BEST VOICE for this story EVER!!  He is animated and fun!!  I dare you not to smile during this reading!!!

This would be the perfect gift to any family!!  We are planning a “welcome back” to our Elf on the Shelves and this CD WILL be playing in the background!!

I am in love with this CD.  I think I love this one even more than the 2 Golden Records I’ve reviewed previous.  I am ready to put up my tree. RIGHT NOW!!  I don’t care that it’s only the 19th of November!!  I’m ready for Christmas!!  Please!!  Send this CD to the child in your life!  They need a beautifully done, happy FUN CD!!  I love Golden Records and if you remember them from your childhood then you will fall in love all over again!
