Headin’ back……..
Okay soooooo I’ve decided it’s time to go back to Weight Watcher meetings before all my hard work getting 30 pounds off becomes me have to work harder to get FIFTY pounds off!! If I don’t have someone to compete against APPARENTLY I can’t diet!! So tomorrow evening will be my first meeting since……… well, at least 4 years? Maybe more!!! I need the accountability of a weigh in every week just to keep myself honest!!! Because if I don’t get a handle on this NOW I will be back into my fat clothes!! THAT is unacceptable!!!
I’ve fallen back into the mentality that container size equals serving size. Ya know…. a 1 pound bag of peanut butter M&M’s IS a single serving.
The smart me would rather go weigh in NEXT week AFTER Easter…… you know, after the Easter brunch, Easter candy…. and the candy I’m hiding….. But I’m going to act like a responsible adult and get back on track RIGHT now!! I’ll just whine next week that the scale at Weight Watchers is BROKEN!!
