I learned that dark roast coffee is less acidic and will have almost caramel tasting undertones. Dark roast has always been my favorite. Now I know why.

I mostly purchase flavored coffees, so Vanilla Dream woud be the first flavor that I would like to try. It is important to me that their coffees do not have any added sugars or sweeteners, which make Java Factory products very appealing.

I like that they insure that the coffee isn’t bitter or acidic because I hate bitter or acidic coffee. I was impressed that they hand check every cup before it leaves the Java Factory. The Vanilla Dream sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing this review and giveaway from the Java Factory.

Dark Roasts: Produces dark brown beans. The beans will start to show some oily drops on the surface with this roast. Dark roast coffee is less acidic and will have almost caramel tasting undertones.

Coffee is not a source of gluten and Java Factory ground coffee is produced in a dedicated facility where no other types of agricultural crops are handled or processed; however, due to the use of common equipment within the agricultural community to harvest, store and transport crops, Java Factory’s coffees may contain trace amounts of grain-based ingredients.

  • Emily Smith

Yay! I learned that they’ll work in my k-cup machine and I’ll be able to enjoy them at home and work! Those names are pretty awesome.
