Head to the botanical gardens

If you are a nature lover or simply want to escape the busyness for a few hours, you should look no further than the Cleveland Botanical Garden. There, you will find a lush oasis located right in the center of the University Circle district.

The gardens span over 10 acres and feature plants and botanicals from all over the world. You will be able to soak up some fresh air and lose yourself amongst nature for a few hours, which is exactly what you might need on a busy trip.

Stroll through the cultural gardens

Cleveland is also home to cultural gardens, which are a great place to spend time on one warm afternoon to get fresh air and relax.

With over 300 acres to enjoy, you can always head here when you need a moment of peace.

Head downtown

Another great thing to do in Cleveland when you want to take your time and relax is to head downtown and soak up the sights.

Not only will you find incredible foodie spots, but you will also see one of the city’s best attractions, the chandelier made from over 16,000 bulbs. You will only want to stare for a few minutes before heading to get some food or coffee, but it is worth wandering to.

Head to the local food market

The local food market, West Side Market, is a great spot if you want to find local cuisine and vendors.

There, you will find plenty to choose from. As well as finding ready-to-eat meals, you can find local meats, cheeses, and more.

Soak up some culture and music

If you enjoy listening to local bands and relaxing in a music house, why not head to the Music of Blues for an evening?

In the heart of the city, you will be guaranteed a fun yet relaxing evening listening to local artists and bands. Whether or not you love music, you will be sure to have a great time and let your hair down for a few hours.

There are so many great ways to spend time in Cleveland if you want to escape the chaos and feel at peace. Whether you enjoy museums or parks, there is something for everyone to do when you wish to unwind and leisurely stroll around. Do not hesitate to ask more questions if you have not visited Cleveland before, as there are more things to explore!

I’ve actually never been to Cleveland. Visiting the botanical gardens would be at the top of my list. I love going to Bontanical gardens. I get to take away ideas for garden designs that I might could implement at home or plant pairings that I wouldn’t have thought that look good together.

Probably, most people think of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland and don’t know about other places. This sounds like a good list.
