Every single cook should have this handy tool in their arsenal!! The MeasuPro DCT350 Instant Read Programmable Digital Cooking Thermometer with Stainless Steel Probe. This digital cooking thermometer is different from all others I’ve ever used!! E-V-E-R!!
So, what makes this thermometer different? There is a thin braided steel cord with the probe on the end. This steel cord is thin enough to close the oven door without letting any heat out of the oven!! The cord is also 44″ long. Which is the perfect length from oven (even the bottom shelf to the counter or stove top! The probe itself is 6½” long. PERFECT for even a large roast. Put the probe in the meat and set the digital thermometer on the counter or stove top!! The thermometer is designed to leave the temperature probe in the food the entire time it’s cooking. No more opening and closing the oven to get a new temperature reading!! I LOVE that!!
MORE TO LOVE!! There are magnets on the back so that the thermometer REALLY holds on to the stove top and stays PUT! I love that feature. Fold the measurement unit in half so you can easily see the numbers. The numbers are large too! Which means I don’t have to put my glasses on to read the temperature.
The MeasuPro has a lot of perks besides the thin braided steel cord, like the pre-alarm that let’s you know your meat is almost ready. Perfect for giving you time to finish your side dishes.
Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius. The MeasuPro has 15 pre-programmed USDA recommended safe cooking temperatures already installed. There is even a customized setting so you can set your own cooking temperature to your preferences.
Be sure to clean and dry the probe after each use.
The MeasuPro takes 1 AAA Battery that is included. I really love when companies add the batteries!! The instructions that are included are easy to follow and very thorough.
Not a single one. My meat is cooked to perfection! PERFECTION!! Every time!! I can select from the list of pre-programmed meats AND I can choose from rare, medium rare, medium, and well done. What’s not to love?!?!
