Napz! All Natural #Sleep Aide #Review

Napz® is an all natural sleep aide with no artificial colors or additives. Ingredients that include Passion Flower with a natural sedative herb, Chamomile which is widely known for its calming and relaxing aspects, Lemon Balm, and Hibiscus.

Napz doesn’t include Melatonin, something that is widely used as a sleep aid, but, has possible side effects and concerns. DR. Oz and the Mayo Clinic both have concerns about Melatonin.

Founder and CEO, Brandi Maxwell, a mother of two young girls, not only had trouble falling asleep, but she also spent countless nights awake when she could not get back to sleep. Brandi often tried to nap, but found it difficult to relax and wind down no matter how fatigued she was. She also wanted to make sure that she was alert and ready if her children needed her, so of course prescription medications and traditional over the counter sleep aids were not an option for her. After searching for an all-natural, over the counter remedy and finding none; Brandi realized that there was a strong market demand for an all-natural, safe yet effective short-term sleep aid.

The criteria on her list for an effective solution was first being able to wake up with a refreshed, not groggy!! Also with two small children, Brandi needed the ability to rest with confidence knowing that when her children needed her – she would be ready and alert. So, Brandi consulted with a team of experts and created Napz.
napz-packaging2I tried Napz for the first time after tossing and turning trying to get back to sleep in the middle of the night. I don’t think it took a full 10 minutes before I fell back to sleep.  I slept so well!! When I woke up I wasn’t groggy or tired!! I was AWAKE!! As if I had a full nights sleep.

Napz tastes bad, on the other hand I was asleep in 5 minutes so really? How can I complain?? I woke up feeling refreshed and thoroughly rested. I had no foggy head feelings. I’m thrilled. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a hard time getting back to sleep at night or needs a nap in the middle of the day. I would thoroughly recommend Napz for anyone who will be traveling! This would be a must-have to combat jet lag!

Napz® is also gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, sugar-free, and contains zero calories!

Let’s Refresh This Really OLD Post Shall We?

Updating my blog’s SEO now ranks right up there with cleaning behind the fridge. Necessary. Honorable. Mildly traumatizing. 7865 posts to go through. The Head Peanut is NOT amused.

What started as a “quick refresh” turned into a full-blown excavation.

I opened a five-year-old post and found:

  • Half the images missing.
  • Links leading to businesses that now exist only in legend.
  • A font choice clearly made during a caffeine-fueled identity crisis.

Welcome to the glamorous life.

Somewhere in the depths of my site lives The Ghost of PBnWhine Past. It floats through old posts, deleting photos like a Victorian librarian with a vendetta.

“Oh, you needed those step-by-step craft photos?”
Gone.

“That beautifully staged product review?”
Into the abyss.

Now the tutorials read like this:

Step 1: Do the thing
Step 2: [image missing]
Step 3: Just believe in yourself

Extremely helpful. Gold star content.

And the links? Nothing builds character like clicking a reference and landing on:

Error 404: This business has retired to Florida.

Apparently half the brands I worked with have closed, rebranded, or reemerged as something called “Crypto Spoon AI Wellness Collective.” Time is a fever dream.

So here I am, playing archaeologist with Wi-Fi. Replacing images. Fixing links. Adding keywords. Gently whispering to Google, “Notice me. I bring snacks.”

It’s not glamorous, but it makes the blog faster, cleaner, and easier to find. Which means more crafts, more reviews, more giveaways — and fewer digital tumbleweeds.

Speaking of treasures…

While you’re visiting, check the sidebar for the current giveaway:

Because nothing complements freshly polished SEO like free stuff.

And if you love a good find, Freebie Flow is basically a treasure chest of freebies and seriously discounted goodies. Use code PBNWhine10OFF for 10% off:

Also, if you’re not using Rakuten yet, what are we even doing? Getting paid to shop feels delightfully rebellious — like dessert first, but fiscally responsible:

So if you catch me muttering at my laptop, swatting invisible ghosts with a broom made of metadata, don’t worry.

I’m not spiraling.

I’m optimizing.

Which, in blogger terms, means battling digital poltergeists, resurrecting broken links, and shamelessly courting search engines with fresh content.

Completely normal.

Isn’t it great when someone recognises a gap in the market & just decides do something about it. Like paper clips & post-its – where would we be without these enterprising people?

This sounds like something I would use. I often have trouble falling asleep but don’t want to take regular OTC stuff.
