Pedi-Scrub Review and Giveaway

Up until a year ago (Almost to the day even, DH had a heart attack and I quit work to stay home) before all the drama I wore cute little peek-a-boo high heels.  So I treated myself with a pedicure every 2 weeks.  I love love love me a relaxing, rejuvenating pedicure!!   This past year I’ve pretty much been barefoot, no heels… I get as fancy as a pair of flip flops.  (LORD HELP these feet if I have to put on a pair of heels!)  Sooo needless to say my feet are embarrassingly UGLY!!!  My heels are cracked and soooo bad.  I would be embarrassed to go and HAVE a pedicure!  So when I was given the opportunity to review the Spongeable Pedi Scrub my feet did the happy dance!!

First impression after taking the Pedi-scrub out of the box was it’s heavy!  I didn’t expect it to have so much heft to it.  Impressive!
Second the scent.  Oh Man! The green Pedi-Scrub that I received is a Citron-Eucalyptus scent.  It’s such a clean scent! I love it.  I love how invigorating the scent is.
One side is infused with soap and aromatic botanicals. The other side is a buffer that gets rid of the dead skin. It’s WONDERFUL!!!
My feet feel so soft!!!  My heels were seriously BAD! I had deep ridges and after 2 weeks my feet look and FEEL so much better!!  The ridges are almost completely gone!!  GONE!!!!  RIDGES!!  WAAAAA????   This will forever be in a pamper basket that I give to girlfriends.  It will always be in my shower!  Aahhhhh note on the shower …… the side that is infused with soap? Is sooooo wonderful that you really have to rinse your feet really well because you’ll be slippin’ all over the place if you don’t.  This is some serious moisturizing!!

Updating My SEO Because Even the Internet Needs a Good Declutter

If you’ve been poking around peanutbutterandwhine.com lately and thought, “Huh, something feels different,” congratulations. Your instincts are sharp and possibly paranormal.

I’m deep in the process of updating my SEO. Not the glamorous kind of update where confetti falls and Google personally thanks me, but the gritty, behind-the-scenes kind where old posts get dusted off, links get refreshed, and keywords are gently coaxed into behaving better. Think less makeover montage, more haunted house cleanup.

While revisiting early posts, I discovered something unsettling. Many of the original photos and videos have completely vanished. Not broken links. Not corrupted files. Gone. Poof. Into the digital ether. This can only confirm one thing: peanutbutterandwhine.com is haunted.

There is no other explanation. Sure, it could be old hosting changes, platform migrations, or me being wildly optimistic about my organizational skills a decade ago. But let’s be honest. It’s ghosts. Internet ghosts. Possibly annoyed by my early font choices.

So here I am, updating old posts with new images, clearer formatting, better internal linking, and SEO-friendly structure so Google can finally understand what I’ve been yelling into the void all these years. I’m also making sure posts connect to each other logically, like linking back to my ongoing fun stuff such as the Monthly $50 Your Way Giveaway right here:
