Did you know that if you lose weight it doesn’t just STAY OFF without WORK!??!?! I know you are probably just as shocked as I am. Yup, just because you lose weight doesn’t mean you can just slack off and start eating everything in site. Like… Girl Scout cookies. An entire box of Tagalong cookies is NOT a single serving size! (okay well, it really IS… but it’s NOT suppose to be!) I worked so hard to lose this weight and lately all I want to do is EAT!! So it’s time to start adding a few more exercises into my routine and maybe a salad or two. (Course less cookies would be a smart move as well). Maybe that’s why it’s called a LIFE STYLE change and not really a diet? Hummmmm…. something to think about till tomorrow huh??
