YogaHands Review and Give AWAY!!

I’m pretty much obsessed with everything Yoga related. Mats, bags, dvd’s, pants…. you name it, I want it. With all my Yoga obsession, I’d never heard of YogaHands.
Reading the information about YogaHands I was instantly intrigued. YogaHands are a revolutionary hand exercise and therapy device that offers relief for painful, tight, cramping hands. Created with the same genius design and know how that made YogaToes® a global success.
Between my hand aching from too much time on the computer, to my numb middle finger on my right hand, I figured YogaHands would be a perfect fit for me. I was right!

I’ve been using Yoga Hands for the last 2 weeks. I began wearing them for about 2 minutes and worked my way up to 10 minutes at a time. I keep them next to me when I’m watching TV and will slip them on during commercials.
I’ve noticed several changes, I can make a tight fist without pain. I can type for longer periods of time without any discomfort! Overall, my hands don’t have that tight feeling anymore. I’m thrilled and amazed!
YogaHands are seriously easy to use! Place the narrower part of the wedges down between your fingers.  Leave your thumb out. Push the 3 wedges gently toward the palm of your hand until the desired stretch is felt.
Listen to your hands, I don’t think there is a right or wrong amount of time to leave YogaHands on, I think it depends on you.  My hands truly feel better after using them and I notice a difference if I skip a day.

Could you benefit? YES!! The awesome folks over at YogaHands want to prove it. By giving you 25% off your entire purchase just for signing up for the YogaHands mailing list.
That’s not all……… YogaHands folks are giving one very lucky Peanut Butter and Whine follower their own pair of YogaHands!  If you do any repetitive work with your hands your going to love these!!!  Good LUCK!!!
