I’ve got a product that is helping the healthy and thinner me out!!  One of the most ingenious items I’ve ever reviewed. Yum Yum Dishes truly prevent over eating!! HOW?  Because, besides being fun and cute too, these 9 inch plates are the PERFECT size to keep me from over eating. Not only the perfect size but the plate is sectioned off for Protein, Carbs and Veggies. BRILLIANT!!

I love these plates, from the bright cheerful colors, bold blue, pistachio green, sunshine yellow and cherry red.  I love the font on the cute sayings. Yum Yum Time is OVER!!  Seriously, who wouldn’t love to eat on these!?!?!?

Next up are these perfect 4-ounce snack portion bowls. In pre-boxed sets of four in fun colors. The bowls prevent unconscious snacking and overeating and a HUGE  bonus for me is the plastic snap-on lids that make snacking on the go so VERY EASY!!!  Both of these items are ceramic and are oven, microwave and dishwasher safe

With my New Year resolutions looming just weeks away, these are the perfect tool!! Even when I eat things that are good for me, I end out eating too much and of course pack on the pounds!  DH and I have been using the 9-inch Yum Yum plate and the Yum Yum Bowl.  I LOVE the bowl the most! This is one awesome way to control my chocolate intake!! Did you know the average dinner plate is 11 to 13 inches!  That’s WAY more food than we need. I don’t know if it’s in my mind but…. if that plate isn’t full I feel deprived. The 9 inch Yum Yum plate, is what an appropriate serving looks like, bonus, because I have full plate I feel more satisfied AND I didn’t over eat!!
