ZENMED Facial Products

How many times do I complain on here about my tired skin? Age spots?! Wrinkles!? A lot right!?? RIGHT!!  This month has been extremely stressful with my Mom breaking her hip and needing surgery. Now that she is at the extended stay therapy center I feel guilty if I don’t visit everyday.  I’m still hanging out with 6-year-old Granddaughter Alice; who is enjoying 1st grade!! (She’s growing up SOOO fast!!) Adding the cherry on top I’m trying to sift through a house of 36 years for our upcoming move to Idaho. I’m determined to clean anything that I pack.  (which is probably stupid; I’ll have WAY more time on my hands IN Idaho, I should just clean there! Somewhere in the day I try to get a blog post written. I am just stressed. I don’t want to mess with my face.

I’ve started cutting corners in my daily routine. One is makeup. I know! I KNOW!! I am as appalled as you are! I would have never imagined that I would abruptly stop wearing make-up. I love make-up! I love the colors, the choices, the routine of it. I just figure that right now, ahhhhh just go with it. When Mom comes home I’ll get back to my routine.

I have to admit, I’m not embarrassed about being seen naked faced. I don’t even feel self conscious. I’ve been using ZENMED products for the last 2 months and I’m very impressed with the texture and softness of my skin!

It removes all my makeup (ya know, before the whole Mom/hip thing happened) even my mascara. My skin never feels dry and tight afterwards. My skin looks dewy. NOT oily or greasy. Just a healthy clean look.

It’s a gentle scrub but with the added alpha and beta hydroxy acids I promise this one will make your skin super SOFT!!! This is great for cleaning your pores and drawing out impurities! LOVE the fact that there are NO harmful chemicals in this scrub. Certified Organic Aloe Vera Gel and made using Jojoba Beads.

B5 Hyaluronic Plumping Serum If you have dry skin THIS product will really help!! This gives you an instant boost. I use this every single day. A thin layer on my clean, dry face and neck. Wait a minute or two then I apply the L-Asorbic Booster. The natural aging processes of the skin combined with any troubled skin condition like Rosacea or adult acne, causes changes like collagen breakdown, dryness, and slower skin cell turnover. Skin then appears tired, is wrinkled, and pigment loses its vitality. Some of these unattractive changes can be the result of a poor lifestyle while most can be summed up as the result of incorrectly functioning moisturizing functions of the skin. Using this specialized serum with Hyaluronic Acid aids in punctuating the skin’s hydration levels providing an instant, visible boost.

L-Ascorbic Booster  This one has helped me with my aging spots!!  Ya’know that makes me a giddy girl!!  Powerful vitamin C formulation works specifically on pigment changes, loss of tone, and volume. Helps improve visible environmental damage. Keep this one away from your eyes and your lips. Again, a thin layer is all you need.

In the daytime I follow these steps with Skin Protecting Lotion SPF 30. Provides broad spectrum protection from UVA/UVB rays using the chemical-free protection of micronized Zinc Oxide. After all the hard work I’ve put into my skin the last thing I want is to have more age spots!!! They are actually getting lighter!! The Skin Protecting Lotion is created specifically for the face. Excellent for dry skin, acne-prone, red/reactive, post-treatment and photosensitive skin. Not ONLY does this protect my skin but it’s boosted with the anti-aging benefits of hyaluronic acid and the soothing properties of Aloe Vera Juice and Cucumber, use as a final step over any ZENMED serum, moisturizer, treatment, or alone over cleansed skin.

**A good way to remember which serum goes first when you are layering products is to remember to go from the thinnest to the thickest formula.

My wrinkles and lines look plumbed. My age spots are noticeably faded.  My checks have a rosy glow.

          

WHINES

These products work SO wonderfully together. They are easy to use. They each have the very lightest of scents that fade quickly. They have the natural scent like chamomile, rosemary and a little hint of thyme. So subtle.

Like I said I’ve been using these products for 2 months (yes, this review is VERY late!) and I’m not half way through any of the bottles. So that should tell you these are very cost effective as well.
