Bright Starts Bloomin’ Blocks Review
If you a regular follower of Peanut Butter and Whine, then you know Baby Alice and I love Bright Starts products. We are so thrilled to share our review of Bloomin’ Blocks from the Pretty in Pink selection. I love everything in the Pretty in Pink section! Did you know that a portion of the pink proceeds support breast cancer research?? SEE?? Alice and I have been telling you Bright Starts rocks!! Each Bloomin’ Block is 3.5 inches . The binding is stitched on with great care. The workmanship is everything I have come to expect from Bright Starts. PERFECT!! The colors are great mix of soft muted colors mixed with bright fun colors. Some sides have a pattern and some sides are solid. These little blocks are a perfect first set of building blocks. They stack nicely and they don’t hurt when a certain someone (not naming names…. ALICE!!!) enthusiastically destroy NaNa’s tower!! MAN this kid doesn’t like blocks to be stacked!! Are you in? This is gonna be bigger than the Mother’s Day bash! If walls could talk, my blog would whisper, “It wasn’t me.”Because somehow, somewhere between coffee refills and letting the dog out, the Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine keeps sneaking in and removing pictures and videos. I don’t delete them. I would remember that. I am a responsible adult who double-checks things. And yet… photos vanish. Videos evaporate. Blog posts wake up looking underdressed, like they forgot their pants. Cue dramatic music. After the fifth “Where did that image go?” moment, I decided to stop fighting the paranormal and use it as an opportunity. If the ghost insists on rearranging my content, then I’m going to roll up my sleeves and improve my SEO score while I’m at it. Because if I’m re-uploading images anyway, they might as well have proper file names, alt text, and sizes that don’t make Google sigh heavily. Videos? Optimized. Old posts? Updated. Keywords? Polished like they’re heading to prom. SEO updates aren’t glamorous. No one brings a casserole when you rename image files from IMG_8472.jpg to ghost-proof-blog-photo.jpg. But they matter.
