Running Shoe Insoles!
I’ve just extended the life of my walking shoes!! Not to mention, I’m walkin’ in comfort too!! I replaced the factory insoles with Spenco for Her Total Support Insoles for Women. WOW! I have to say, first, these are so comfortable, they not only cushion my feet, but they feel like they hug them too! I have really high arches, I love the support I am getting in the arch and through out my feet!! I am amazed at the difference in my stride just adding new running insoles!! The HeadRight! My fix for Forward Head Posture (FHP)
I have the weirdest looking pillow to show you today. Weird looking, but, absolutely BRILLIANT in design and it’s improving my spinal alignment while I sleep!! I have really bad Forward Head Posture, although I didn’t realize it was a condition! Seriously, I thought that the ‘hump’ at the base of my skull was hereditary, my Grandmother had one as she aged.
