Dot&Dot 15″ Packing Sleeves Review
I have to start right off with a whine! Why didn’t I know about Dot&Dot Packing Sleeves when I went to Hawaii on Vacation?!?! WHY!?!? These are the coolest packing accessory YET!! These packing sleeves keep your shirts and tops wrinkle free during travel!! I believe I need a do-over vacation to Hawaii. I feel it’s really needed to fully test this Packing Sleeve!! A weekend get away just wasn’t a good enough test. Okay, fine! Since DH isn’t buying that excuse for a reason to go back to Hawaii, I’ll just tell you about the packing sleeves use from the recent weekend trip. Dot&Dot packing sleeve is 18″ by 12″. It’s designed to hold 8 to 12 shirts or even pants! The Packing Sleeve, has 4 flaps in total and each flap set will firmly Velcro to its corresponding partner. I LOVE the fact that the Velcro is in long strips which allows the bag to easily expand as needed. Once your Packing Sleeve is open there is a folding board with images that clearly explains how to use the Sleeve in order to reduce wrinkles and maximize the storage space. Skiva USBLink Extra Long Lightning Cable
10 FEET!! You read that right, this is a 10 foot long, solid and very durable lightning cable from SKIVA!! Having 10 feet of cable means I can sit anywhere with my iPad even while it’s charging!! That being said, I go through lightning cables quickly because the Grandkids are not the least bit gentle when they unplug NaNa’s iPad. The connector ends usually go first. I am so pleased to report that these connector ends are as stable and secure as they were straight out of the package. Neither ends show any wear or tear. I am thrilled at the durability!! Another big bonus for me is that the connectors STAY plugged in!! These fit like the connector that arrived with my iPad Air 2. Again, I am thrilled at the quality. Kitchen MUST Have’s From HighFive Naturals Review
I was given the opportunity to review some kitchen must have’s from HighFive Naturals; starting with a set of silicone cooking gloves. My first thought was ‘silicone could be used as an oven mitt!??!’ Quickly followed by Wait, WHAT are you saying silicone?! Personally, I’m blown away. I had it in my mind these would melt. It’s Silicone? Really?!? For hot items? How hot?! I immediately went to work. I put on my very funky, cool-looking, orange oven mitts and I ever so gently touched a hot cast iron skillet. You know the tip of the finger super fast touch and pull away motion. Nothing. Okay, two fingers and a little longer. Nope didn’t feel a thing. Flame on… check… food sizzling check… hand not burned BIG CHECK!! I’m here to tell you these silicone cooking gloves work. They work REALLY, really great!
