Neon, black-light and safe to paint on yourself?! That’s what’s exciting about our new paint set! First we painted on paper, then we painted on canvas. The colors are great, very bright and fun. From the hot pink, to the stunning blue. The paints go on canvas and paper lighter than acrylic paint but heavier than water-color paints. On paper and canvas the paint dries to a matte finish.
