July 2016’s Beauty Box 5 Review!
No FAIR!! Still so sad! Unfortunately, Beauty Box 5 is no longer around. In July of 2017 Hurricane Henry hit Texas, Beauty Box 5 was one of the businesses that suffered. That makes me so sad. It’s JULY!? It’s halfway through July even!! A very, VERY long time ago I didn’t think I would ever turn 16 so I could drive! Now?? I wish time would just slow down a little bit!! For now though I want to tell you about Beauty Box 5 July 2016 Review. This month’s theme is “Road Trip Ready” Hikari Cosmetics Eyeshadow. I received the color Moonlit which is the perfect dark brown color. This is a highly pigmented color so a little goes a long way. This is a great buildable color. The eyeshadow is a full size eyeshadow. #hikaricosmetics Beauty Box 5 Round Blending Brush What’s more perfect than a new eyeshadow than a new eyeshadow AND a super soft brush to apply it with. Use this brush to build-up color and apply your highlights as well. The brush is soft and well-balanced and holds the color very well. On the handle is printed “Can’t Stop Contouring!” #beautybox5 Skinny Tan Mini Mitt; This cute mini mitt…
Neocell Glow Matrix Advanced Skin Hydrator Review
Supplements are one of those reviews that is harder to write than others. First, because what works for me may not work for someone else. However, Neocell is a company that I’ve worked with in the past and I’ve always been very pleased with their products and the results that I see. After using Glow Matrix for a full month and I decided that these are supplement I will continue to take!! Living in Southern California and being outside most of the week with 5-year-old Alice my skin is often very dry. Course that could be largely due to the fact that my skin is 58 years old! However after the first two weeks I noticed that my skin was a LOT less dry and itchy!! I haven’t added a new body wash or body lotion, the only thing new I’ve added to my routine are three capsules daily of NeoCell’s Glow Matrix Advanced Skin Hydrator. Glow Matrix gives you hydration from the inside out with premium formula; bioavailable and bioactive for maximum efficacy. (Efficacy is the ability to produce a desired or intended result) So, basically the ingredients are designed to give your skin a youthful glow by supporting your skin’s lipid…
Changing the Color of your Hardwood Floors: How Hard Can it Be?
Let’s face it, hardwood floors are easier on allergies and cleaning hardwood floors is usually pretty easy. When you live with children, however, it is likely that your hardwood floors have dulled or become scratched over time. This can make your home feel dreary or even dirty no matter how hard you clean. One way to fix this is to have the floors refinished. But what happens if you are just plain tired of the color all together? Maybe it’s time to change the color of your hardwood flooring all together. When Can I Change the Color of My Hardwood Floor? In general, you can usually change the color of your hardwood flooring as long as the flooring can be sanded and refinished. If the floors are made of solid hardwood, they can be sanded and refinished multiple times. This means that you can change the color of your floor even if you or the previous owner have previously refinished the floor. There are a few caveats that you should be aware of. If you have hardwood floors that have been worn down to the tongue and groove, you may need to replace your wood flooring if you want to…
2016 Mazda CX-5 Review #MazdaUSA
I just finished driving the 2016 Mazda CX-5; in a bright cherry red I might add. So, starting with the color WOW!! The color really does POP!! (Let’s not tell the Drive Shop guys that the red ones really DO go faster!) Seriously, how cool is that color!!! Isn’t this a sleek looking crossover? The lines really ADD to the overall appearance of this car! I’m going to start this review with one of my favorite features just because I’ve been talking about car safety lately. This car is smart. Smarter than I am! Why you ask?? Because the CX-5 is set up in a way to cut down on the distracted driving. For one, you can’t use the navigation system unless the car is stopped! Talk about an awesome feature! I am guilty of wanting to add an address to the navigation as I drive. (YES! I know it’s bad. Yes! I know I shouldn’t…. but, at least I’m not chasing a Pokemon while I’m driving!) More things that I consider less distracting while I drive are the window locks, I know it’s not technically a distraction but when you have kids in the backseat opening and closing windows…
