New food plan.
Tyler from WellStrong Fitness and I had a conference call this morning about my 3 day food journal. (I was very good! I wrote everything down! Even when I didn’t want too) Tyler helped me to map out a plan for my meals. More protein and few carbs. Not real crazy about the egg without a yolk part…. I mean….. uhhhh ewwww it’s just the white stuff?? But I’m willing to try. Oatmeal is in. English Muffin out. No more Special K cereal with the chocolate pieces at night.
