Hungry Wednesday? How About Lemon Noodles?
Granted they may not look like much but Lemon Noodles are and have been a family favorite for at least the last 30 years. Zachary’s lovely Girlfriend wanted this recipe and the Killer Bean one, so I figure may as well print it out here too.
Preheat oven 400
1 lb. Spaghetti noodles **Personally, I like the thinner noodles or angle hair pasta.
1/4 lb butter
1 pint sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon (I use 2 or 3)
1 tablespoon zest of the lemons (I use more)
Pepper
Parmesan cheese to taste
Cook & drain noodles
I mix the following in the baking pan for less clean up.
Melt butter
Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and zest. Mix well.
Toss in the noodles
Bake 20 to 25 minutes
As soon as it comes out of the oven sprinkle with lots of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Serve. Delicious!!!!!! Trust me!

I think this sound very yummy. Where do you get angle hair pasta? 🙂
Connie Gruning
Sarah, Next to the regular pasta boxes. Or in the bags. The one’s I like look like a nest.
Any spaghetti noodles will actually work.
