Granted they may not look like much but Lemon Noodles are and have been a family favorite for at least the last 30 years. Zachary’s lovely Girlfriend wanted the recipe so I figure may as well print it out here too.
Preheat oven 400
1 lb. Spaghetti noodles **Personally, I like the thinner noodles or angle hair pasta.
1/4 lb butter
1 pint sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon (I use 2 or 3)
1 tablespoon zest of the lemons (I use more)
Parmesan cheese to taste
Cook & drain noodles
I mix the following in the baking pan for less clean up.
Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and zest. Mix well.
Toss in the noodles
Bake 20 to 25 minutes
As soon as it comes out of the oven sprinkle with lots of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Serve. Delicious!!!!!! Trust me!
It’s even delicious day 2 if it lasts that long.
