Nail A Healthier LifeStyle! On A BED OF NAILS!!!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

BedOfNailsBlackLogoYou read that right a BED OF NAILS!!!  8820 little nails to be exact!! The Bed of Nails Mat is covered with 210 acupressure plates, each of those are covered with 42 rounded nails for a total of 8820 nails per mat. There is also a Bed of Nails Pillow that I have my eye on. The pillow is covered with 51 acupressure plates, each in its turn covered with 42 rounded nails for a total of 2142 nails per pillow, and measures 14.5″x4″x6″.

The mat measures 16.5″x28.5″x1″ which has these non-toxic 100% recycled ABS plastic that is melted ON TO the fabric, NO glue!! These little pressure plates aren’t going anywhere! The fabric is 100% cotton and the perfect shade of green. (There is a pink available too)

I love going to an acupuncturist, I feel so GOOD afterwards!! However, I don’t like the COST of going to the acupuncturist. With the Bed of Nails I can get that same release of endorphin’s in my HOME. When the Bed of Nails arrived I couldn’t wait to get it out of the box. First, these little nails? are SHARP!!  This isn’t a mat you can just grab! OUCH!!  I immediately put the Bed of Nails on the bed and laid down wanting a quick energy boost. I was WRONG!  10 minutes on the mat and I was relaxed and so sleepy! Unfortunately it was in the middle of the afternoon.  Night came, I thought laying on the mat longer would mean a deep restful sleep. Again, I was wrong. I laid on the Bed of Nails for about 45 minutes and was WIDE AWAKE!!

WIDE.

AWAKE.

UNTIL 3 A.M.

I had SO MUCH energy and clarity that I was able to write and write and write!!

Bed of Nails is an excellent aid in self-treatment and stimulating energy in the body. Bed of Nails may also help the body rid itself of toxins, so it is important to remember to drink water after using Bed of Nails. Bed of Nails may also reduce the appearance of cellulite. The nails will create more blood flow to the area on which Bed of Nails is used and this can help break down the fat groupings which causes the cellulite’s plumpish display. Since Bed of Nails helps the body rid itself of toxins this might also help reduce cellulite.

Bed of Nails works similar to acupuncture, the pressure of the rounded nails against the skin may help the body release endorphin’s, the body’s very own “happiness drug” which provides a sense of joy, energy, pain-relief, and oxytocin, which makes you calm and relaxed ( yes, it is possible to feel energetic and be relaxed at the same time). Everybody reacts differently to Bed of Nails, and the effects can even vary from time to time; You may feel tired, hungry, happy, alert. Alot of people experience feelings of happiness, relaxation and heightened body temperature.

If Bed of Nails is used regularly for a long enough period of time it may alleviate:
Stress
Headache
Constipation
Tiredness
Insomnia
Tension
Back pain
Muscle aches
MalaiseWarning! The Bed of Nails Pillow should not be used in case of skin disease, hemophilia or the intake of anticoagulants. If you are uncertain, always consult your doctor before use. Keep away from children 5 years of age and younger.

I use my Bed of Nails every day for at least 15 minutes at a time. I can use it on the floor or on the bed. I prefer using the Bed of Nails with bare skin, it’s a ‘good’ pain. I can’t describe it any other way, it’s the sensation you are looking for, in order for Bed of Nails to work optimally. Don’t be alarmed if it stings a bit, this only means it is working! It´s completely harmless to lie for a longer period of time on Bed of Nails, or even to fall asleep for a while. Bed of Nails can be used for different body parts, please take a look at the pictures for inspiration. The sensations and results may vary from person to person.

I believe Bed of Nails would be the perfect gift for the Yogi in your life!! Check here for a list of local retailers in your area. If you want to send me the Bed of Nails Pillow I’ll send you my address….. ya know… just sayin’…….
