    I know many people if they don’t have their coffee cannot get their eyes or get them moving.

    I also know tea drinkers that have to have either hot tea or sweet tea to get moving. I like tea but don’t have to haveI am a water drinker straight out of the tap. I usually fill up a 32 oz glass with ice and water and drink on for 3 or 4 hrs……….. then refill it

    I am all about tea. I drink hot tea in the morning and cold iced tea in the afternoon. I will have to try coconut water oh and I love lemon water.
