Brennan Eden update

This is the latest update I can find on Brennan. It’s from the Dayton Daily News.

For those who have lived under a rock for the last few weeks I’ve put the video of Brennan Edens spectacular crash at the end of today’s post. Brennan’s Angels were watching over him on this day!

DAYTON — The 19-year-old man whose dramatic car crash on Interstate 675 was caught on camera is now in rehabilitation.

Brennan Eden, 19, of Mason, was released from Miami Valley Hospital late last week and is now in the Drake Center in Cincinnati, according to Nancy Thickel, hospital spokeswoman. The center offers long-term acute and transitional care.

Earlier this month, the Ohio State Highway Patrol determined that there was no evidence of alcohol or drugs in Eden’s body.

Eden’s vehicle went into the median, hit a guardrail and went airborne into an overpass column at Wagner Road about 7:15 a.m. Aug. 23.

The impact caused Eden to be ejected and his car to break apart.

Hospital blood tests came back negative for alcohol and drugs, Sgt. Jon Cross of the state patrol’s Xenia Post said Sept. 1.

Troopers still don’t have an estimate of Eden’s speed at the time of the crash, which is still being investigated.

A Sugarcreek Twp. police cruiser, on routine duty, caught the crash on camera, and the video has been played on newscasts and websites around the country.

Beavercreek police released Eden from custody roughly 20 minutes before the crash, which closed the southbound lanes of I-675 for five hours.

Beavercreek police said they had arrested Eden at 6:13 a.m. Aug. 23 on charges including possession of alcohol, drug paraphernalia and drug abuse after officers said he was found with a 15-year-old Beavercreek girl in the parking lot near the corner of Beaver Vu Drive and North Fairfield Road.

The officer approached the vehicle because it was in the parking lot of a closed business at such an early hour. The officer found an unopened can of alcohol, a trace of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car.

The girl was cited and released to her father. Eden was given a court summons and released.

Ahhhh it’s now January 2026. A long way from the beginning of PBnWhine.

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Exorcising Some Digital Ghosts)

Updating old blog content is like digital archaeology—except I’ve unearthed a full-on resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

This digital poltergeist has been causing absolute chaos behind the scenes. If things look a little haunted around here, here is the proof:

  • The Vanishing Act: The ghost keeps deleting my best images and video tutorials, leaving behind sad, empty boxes.
  • The Link Graveyard: It’s been sneakily stripping away my trusted brand partners and replacing them with sketchy “AI Crypto” links.
  • Font Sabotage: Apparently trapped in 2001, it keeps reverting my clean layout back to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

My 2026 Blog Refresh Plan

To banish these spirits and keep my traffic climbing, I’m launching a step-by-step exorcism plan:

  1. Exorcise the 404s: Running a broken link checker to track down every dead end and missing image.
  2. Modernize Recommendations: Swapping out outdated products for my absolute 2026 essentials.
  3. SEO Deep Clean: Refreshing metadata and strategically placing focus keywords.

Stick Around Please!

Don’t let this be a “one and done” visit. While I’m cleaning house and banishing spirits, check out these (very much alive) links:
