I am itchin’ to start décorating the house for Christmas. I can’t help it!! Three Grand-babies just get me into the spirit quick! I probably would already have our tree up if it weren’t for our Holiday tradition of “The Elf Returns Breakfast at Na-Na’s House.” The kids are still young enough to believe that our little Elf On The Shelf decorates our house while I’m sleeping. Everyone arrives around 7am because there are notes in their rooms saying GET TO NA-NA’s HOUSE RIGHT NOW!!! Everyone arrives in jammies. Na-Na answers the door with her hair ratted up, glasses crooked, and asking in her very best groggy voice: “WHY ARE YOU HERE?!?!?!” They point to a note that has been taped to the door. It’s BREAKFAST TIME!!! Go LOOK!!! Breakfast is ready and laid out on the table. There are crafts, food and hot coco. It’s SO MUCH FUN!!! The Na-Na also has Santa letters ready to write.
