Easy Syringe & Ultra Wrap Giveaway!!

Being a good Southern California girl, I’ve made certain that my earthquake preparedness kit is constantly added to and updated.

The basics I have covered, a gallon of water per person for at least 3 days.  A weeks worth of non-perishable food. CHECK!  Manual can opener. CHECK! My hand crank radio. CHECK! Candles, flashlight and extra batteries CHECK!  Solar chargers CHECK!

My First Aid kit is always being added too and updated. I’ve added two new items that I am thrilled with. Starting with The Ultra Wrap! A comfortable, latex-free alternative to athletic tapes and bandages. Ultra Wrap is made with genuine Fabrifoam material for unique cushioned support, the Ultra Wrap can be reused 10 or more times.

The Fabrifoam has a Velcro closure; so much better than the metal toothed clips!!  This wrap feels thicker than normal elastic wraps. I love the fact that this wrap will not stick to your skin!! If you’ve used sticky sports tape you know how bad it hurts when you pull that off!  The wrap provides great support. It’s stretchy and breathable.

The Ultra Wrap is available at CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Amazon, and other major retailers.

Next up is the True Easy Syringe. This is a totally new addition to our first aid kit; but a really smart one!! This is a liquid medication dosage device designed to help caretakers administer a safe and precise prescribed dose. The patented True Easy Syringe delivers an accurate dose of medication every time. Not only is this perfect for Moms, but if someone isn’t able to swallow a pill this is a perfect solution.

This is such a great dosing syringe for medication. The True Easy Syringe is just that! Super EASY!! Smooth and simple to work flawlessly every time. I think this is a must have for families to have in their First Aid Kits. BPA Free,

The True Easy Syringe is Available at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Publix, Amazon and other retailers.

WHINES

Not a single one! My First Aid Kit has to be one of the most important parts of my emergency kit and now I’m even more prepared than ever! Now… if I can just stay on-line during and after the earthquake I’ll be really happy!!

GIVEAWAY!!

One lucky Peanut Butter And Whine follower will receive both the True Easy Syringe AND the Ultra Wrap as well. Good Luck!

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Exorcising Some Digital Ghosts)

Updating old blog content is like digital archaeology—except I’ve unearthed a full-on resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

This digital poltergeist has been causing absolute chaos behind the scenes. If things look a little haunted around here, here is the proof:

  • The Vanishing Act: The ghost keeps deleting my best images and video tutorials, leaving behind sad, empty boxes.
  • The Link Graveyard: It’s been sneakily stripping away my trusted brand partners and replacing them with sketchy “AI Crypto” links.
  • Font Sabotage: Apparently trapped in 2001, it keeps reverting my clean layout back to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

My 2026 Blog Refresh Plan

To banish these spirits and keep my traffic climbing, I’m launching a step-by-step exorcism plan:

  1. Exorcise the 404s: Running a broken link checker to track down every dead end and missing image.
  2. Modernize Recommendations: Swapping out outdated products for my absolute 2026 essentials.
  3. SEO Deep Clean: Refreshing metadata and strategically placing focus keywords.

Stick Around Please!

Don’t let this be a “one and done” visit. While I’m cleaning house and banishing spirits, check out these (very much alive) links:

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Check out the sidebar for my current giveaway. I promise this one is fully alive, kicking, and ghost-free!

Earn Cash: Some things never go out of style. Rakuten still pays you to shop, and in this economy, who is turning down free money?

I think I would love to have the Arctic Hot™ Pain Relief Pack. That could help with a lot of aches and pains. I learned they sell a lot of natural products too.

I very much want to try the Nature’s Tears EyeMist. I have such dry eyes and this may very well help–I am going to try it and find out if it does help.
