Elite Little Dog Bark Control Review

DSC_8433I’d like you to meet Bosco, my daughter Selena’s dog. Bosco is a sweet boy!! EXCEPT…….Bosco is a very loud, very constant barker!! If the wind blows Bosco barks, if someone walks across the street four blocks away, Bosco barks!! When Bosco is awake, Bosco is barking!!! It’s beyond annoying!! Not just for me, but I’m certain for the neighbors too!!

I couldn’t wait for Bosco to meet the Elite Little Dog Bark Control collar from Proven Pet!!

This is a small little unit that uses vibration and sound to ensure only your dog’s barking is detected. The Elite Little Dog Bark Control is a small little box that is on a collar.  As Bosco barks, he receives a safe but annoying “static” correction.

Bosco barked lightly the first time and the bark collar begins with low corrections. When Bosco starts with his constant barking the collar continues the correction and the intensity of the static will increase. I have to say the first time Bosco went crazy with a really loud bark he jumped HIGH!!  Then gave me the evil eye!! I could read that “WHAT did you just DO to ME!?!?!” look in his eyes. He did not CRY!!! He only jumped!! He also didn’t bark anymore that afternoon!! I truly believe the collar doesn’t hurt the dog. I would never use something that would cause pain on one of our pets!! Even as annoying as Bosco is!!

I have to admit, this Elite Little Dog Bark Control collar truly reduces the amount of barking that Bosco does!! Bosco will bark constantly when I leave, which I am positive that is annoying to the neighbors!  The bark collar really teaches Bosco that the constant barking is an unwanted behavior!!

What I love about the Elite Dog Collar is that you have to use a coin to turn it on!! It won’t turn on accidentally. Also you don’t leave the Elite bark collar on all the time. Bosco only gets the collar when we know that company is coming over or we would be leaving the house. The neighbors don’t need Bosco’s constant barking!!

I truly believe, that eventually, we won’t have to use the bark collar at all! This is really is a great collar! If you have a dog that barks for no reason, you need this collar!! I believe this collar will stop Bosco’s nuisance barking! I believe he will stop barking just because it’s daytime, nighttime, just because HE is awake!!

Behavior Modification in one small little collar!!  The small collar is for dogs that are 55 pounds or under. There are 10 levels of Light Touch static correction. The collar also comes with the PetSafe RFA-188 battery!

This collar is waterproof, durable and nice looking too! I totally believe in this little collar!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Refreshing My Old Blog Posts: The Good, The Bad, and The 404s

Updating an old blog post is a lot like an archaeological dig. You head in expecting to “dust” the archives and end up unearthing a series of questionable life choices from a decade ago. From over-filtered photos to advice that aged like room-temperature milk, the past can be… loud.

But it’s not just my old writing style that’s haunting me. It turns out, I have a resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

Meet the Ghost in the Machine

Apparently, while I was busy living my life, this digital poltergeist has been redecorating the archives. I recently opened a “quick update” only to find:

  • The Vanishing Act: The Ghost has been deleting images, leaving behind empty boxes where helpful tutorial steps used to be. Apparently, my 2016 photography wasn’t “aesthetic” enough for the afterlife.
  • The Dead Link Graveyard: Half my former brand partners have been exorcised. I’m finding links that lead to nowhere or, worse, to “AI Crypto Collectives” that definitely weren’t there before.
  • Font Sabotage: The Ghost clearly has a vendetta against modern typography. I’m finding sections of text that have reverted to antique fonts that haven’t been cool since dial-up, making my blog look like a Geocities fan page.

I Am Giving My Content a Facelift

I’m sitting on a mountain of old posts, so here is the official Peanut Butter and Whine guide to a quick blog refresh (and ghost-busting):

  1. Exorcising the 404s: I’m using a plugin to hunt down those dead links the Ghost left behind and pointing them somewhere that actually exists.
  2. Updating the “Now”: If I mentioned a “must-have” product from five years ago, I’m swapping it for the 2026 version.
  3. Spruce up the Metadata: I’m ensuring my focus keyword (blog) is in the headers and the first paragraph so the algorithms know exactly what’s up.

While You’re Here…

Don’t let your visit be a “one and done!” Since I’m already tidying up the place, why not stay a while?

  • Win Big: Check out the sidebar for my current giveaway—I promise this one is actually alive and kicking!
  • Earn Cash: Some things never go out of style. Rakuten still pays you to shop, and in this economy, why wouldn’t you take the free money?
